About a year into the pandemic, Dell realized that they needed more than a virtual experience to showcase their products to business enterprise customers. Haute came up with a mobile solution that would bring the showcase right to their front door, and enable them to get their hands on actual products in a safe and clean environment. I was tasked to lead the team responsible for launching the global fleet of trucks in the pilot cities of Austin, Chicago, Washington D.C., Toronto, and across the pond in Copenhagen.
